Cheesy Tater Tot Casserole
Ingredients:
500g ground beef
1 small onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 tsp paprika
1 can (300g) cream of mushroom soup
1 cup milk
1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1 bag (750g) frozen tater tots
1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). In a skillet, cook ground beef with chopped onion and garlic until browned. Season with salt, black pepper, and paprika. Stir in cream of mushroom soup and milk. Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish. Sprinkle with shredded cheddar cheese. Arrange frozen tater tots evenly on top. Bake for 30 minutes until golden. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese over the top and bake for another 10 minutes until melted and bubbly. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve warm.
