Cheesy Stuffed Meatloaf

Ingredients:

2 lbs ground beef

1 cup breadcrumbs

1/2 cup diced onion

2 cloves garlic, minced

1/2 cup diced green bell pepper

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon black pepper

1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

1 teaspoon smoked paprika

1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning

1 egg

1/2 cup milk

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley (for garnish)

Instructions:
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). In a large bowl, mix ground beef, breadcrumbs, onion, garlic, green bell pepper, salt, black pepper, Worcestershire sauce, smoked paprika, Italian seasoning, egg, and milk until well combined. Press half of the meat mixture into a greased loaf pan. Spread shredded cheddar and mozzarella cheese over the middle, then cover with the remaining meat mixture, sealing the edges. Bake for 45 minutes. Remove from the oven, sprinkle extra cheese on top, and bake for another 15 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly. Let rest for 10 minutes before slicing. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve warm. Enjoy!
