Cheesy Stuffed Biscuits
Ingredients:
2 cups (250g) all-purpose flour
1 tbsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 cup (120ml) cold butter, cubed
3/4 cup (180ml) milk
1 cup (100g) shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 tsp garlic powder
Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. In a bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt.
3. Cut in the cold butter using a pastry cutter or fork until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
4. Gradually add milk and mix until a dough forms.
5. Divide dough into small portions. Flatten each piece, place a bit of mozzarella in the center, and seal the dough around the cheese to form a ball.
6. Place the stuffed biscuits on the prepared baking sheet. Sprinkle with garlic powder.
7. Bake for 15-18 minutes or until golden brown. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve warm.
