Cheesy Spinach Artichoke Dip
Ingredients
1 (14 oz) can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
1 cup fresh spinach, chopped
1 (8 oz) block cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup sour cream
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese (plus extra for topping)
2 garlic cloves, minced
Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
Preheat Oven:
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
Mix the Base:
In a large mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, Parmesan, mozzarella, and garlic. Mix until smooth.
Add Spinach and Artichokes:
Gently fold in the chopped spinach and artichokes. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Assemble in a Skillet:
Spread the mixture evenly in an oven-safe skillet or baking dish. Sprinkle extra mozzarella on top.
Bake Until Golden:
Bake for 20–25 minutes, or until the top is bubbly and golden brown.
Serve Hot:
