Ingredients
1 large cauliflower, cut into florets
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp paprika
½ tsp salt
½ tsp black pepper
½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
¼ cup Parmesan cheese
1 tbsp chopped parsley (for garnish)
Instructions
Step 1: Prep the Cauliflower
Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
In a bowl, toss cauliflower florets with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
Step 2: Roast to Perfection
Spread the seasoned cauliflower on a baking sheet in a single layer.
Roast for 20-25 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown.
Step 3: Add the Cheese
Sprinkle mozzarella & Parmesan cheese over the roasted cauliflower.
Return to the oven for 5 minutes or until cheese is bubbly & melted.
Step 4: Serve & Enjoy
