Cheesy Philly Cheesesteak Sliders

Ingredients

1 lb thinly sliced beef (ribeye or sirloin)
12 slider rolls (Hawaiian rolls work great!)
1 green bell pepper, thinly sliced
1 red bell pepper, thinly sliced
1 yellow onion, thinly sliced
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
8 slices provolone cheese
3 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
1 tsp sesame seeds
1 tsp dried parsley
Directions

Preheat the Oven:
Set your oven to 350°F (175°C).

Cook the Filling:
In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Sauté the onions and bell peppers until tender. Add the beef, garlic powder, and Worcestershire sauce. Cook until the beef is fully browned.

Prepare the Sliders:
Slice the slider rolls in half horizontally and place the bottom half in a greased baking dish.

Assemble:
Layer the cooked beef and veggie mixture on the rolls. Add the provolone cheese slices on top, then place the slider roll tops over the cheese.

Butter Glaze:
Brush the tops of the rolls with melted butter. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and dried parsley.

Bake:
Cover loosely with foil and bake for 10 minutes. Remove foil and bake for an additional 5-7 minutes, until golden brown and cheese is melted.
