Cheesy Hamburger Potato Casserole
A creamy, cheesy delight layered with hearty beef and tender potatoes—this casserole is a family favorite.
Ingredients:
3 1/2 pounds potatoes, thinly sliced
1 pound ground beef, cooked
12 ounces evaporated milk
2 cups pepper jack cheese
1 small onion, diced
1 tsp garlic powder
Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease your baking dish.
Brown ground beef with onions. Season with garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
Layer potatoes, beef, and cheese in the casserole dish. Repeat.
Pour evaporated milk evenly across the layers.
Cover and bake for 45 minutes, uncover and bake for another 15 minutes.
