Cheesy Ground Beef Pasta

Ingredients:

8 oz rotini or any pasta of your choice

1 lb ground beef

1/2 onion, chopped

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 can (15 oz) tomato sauce

1/2 cup beef broth

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

Salt and pepper to taste

1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions:

Cook the Pasta: Boil the pasta according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.

Brown the Ground Beef: In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned, breaking it apart as it cooks. Drain excess fat if necessary.

Add Flavor: Add the chopped onion and garlic to the skillet and sauté for 3-4 minutes, until softened. Stir in the tomato sauce, beef broth, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Let the sauce simmer for 5-7 minutes.

Combine Pasta and Sauce: Add the cooked pasta to the skillet with the beef sauce. Mix well until the pasta is coated with the sauce.

Add Cheese: Sprinkle the shredded cheddar and mozzarella cheeses over the pasta. Cover the skillet and cook for another 2-3 minutes, until the cheese melts and becomes bubbly.

Garnish and Serve: Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot!
