Cheesy Garlic Stuffed Rolls
Ingredients:
2 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon instant yeast
3/4 cup warm milk
2 tablespoons butter, melted
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions:
1. In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, salt, and yeast. 2. Add warm milk and knead until a soft dough forms. Let rise for 1 hour. 3. Divide the dough into small balls, stuffing each with shredded cheese. 4. Place on a baking sheet, cover, and let rise for 30 minutes. 5. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). 6. Brush rolls with melted butter, sprinkle garlic and parsley on top. 7. Bake for 15-18 minutes until golden brown. Serve warm.
