Cheesy Garlic Pull-Apart Rolls Recipe

Ingredients:

For the dough:
2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1 tablespoon sugar
1 teaspoon salt
1 packet (2 1/4 teaspoons) instant yeast
3/4 cup warm milk
2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
1 egg

For the filling:
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese

For the garlic butter topping:
2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon dried parsley
1/2 teaspoon salt

Instructions:
In a bowl, whisk together warm milk, melted butter, sugar, and yeast. Let sit for 5 minutes. Add the flour, salt, and egg, then knead until a soft dough forms. Cover and let rise for 1 hour.

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Divide the dough into small balls, stuffing each with a mix of mozzarella and cheddar cheese. Seal well and place in a greased baking dish.

Mix melted butter, minced garlic, parsley, and salt, then brush over the dough balls. Bake for 18-20 minutes until golden brown. Serve warm and enjoy the cheesy goodness!
