Cheesy Garlic Butter Rolls
Ingredients:
2 cups all-purpose flour
1 tsp sugar
1 tsp salt
2 tsp instant yeast
¾ cup warm milk
2 tbsp butter, melted
1 cup mozzarella cheese, cubed
For Garlic Butter Topping:
3 tbsp butter, melted
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions:
1. Prepare the Dough: In a mixing bowl, combine flour, sugar, salt, and instant yeast. Add warm milk and melted butter. Knead into a smooth dough. Cover and let rise for 1 hour.
2. Shape the Rolls: Divide the dough into 10-12 portions. Flatten each piece, place a cube of mozzarella in the center, and seal the dough around the cheese. Roll into a smooth ball.
3. Second Rise: Arrange the rolls on a baking tray lined with parchment paper. Cover and let them rise for 30 minutes.
4. Bake: Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F). Bake the rolls for 15-18 minutes or until golden brown.
5. Garlic Butter Topping: While the rolls bake, mix melted butter, garlic, and parsley. Brush the rolls with the garlic butter as soon as they come out of the oven. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
6. Serve: Enjoy the warm, cheesy rolls fresh from the oven!
