This cheesy garlic bread is the perfect side dish for any pasta or pizza night! With crispy, buttery bread, a layer of melted mozzarella cheese, and a hint of garlic, it’s a simple but flavorful treat.
Ingredients

4 slices of thick Italian or French bread
4 tablespoons unsalted butter, softened
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon dried parsley
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions

Prepare the Garlic Butter: In a small bowl, mix the softened butter with minced garlic, dried parsley, and salt. Stir until well combined.
Spread the Butter: Spread the garlic butter mixture evenly over the top of each slice of bread.
Add the Cheese: Sprinkle a generous amount of shredded mozzarella and grated Parmesan cheese on top of the garlic butter-covered bread slices.
Bake: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Place the prepared bread slices on a baking sheet and bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly and the edges of the bread are golden brown.
