Ingredients:
2 cups cooked rigatoni or penne pasta
2 cups marinara sauce
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
2 chicken breasts, breaded and cooked
1/4 cup breadcrumbs
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley (for garnish)
Instructions:
Cook the Pasta:
Boil the rigatoni or penne according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
Prepare the Chicken:
Slice the pre-cooked breaded chicken breasts into bite-sized strips. Keep them warm.
Layer the Dish:
