Cheesy Chicken Alfredo Casserole

Ingredients
For the Casserole:

2 cups cooked chicken, shredded or diced
12 oz pasta (penne, rigatoni, or ziti)
2 cups Alfredo sauce (store-bought or homemade)
1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
1 cup ricotta cheese (optional for extra creaminess)
For Garnish:

Fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
Step 1: Cook the Pasta
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook the pasta until al dente according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
Step 2: Prepare the Casserole
In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked chicken, Alfredo sauce, cooked pasta, and ricotta cheese (if using). Stir until well mixed.
Transfer the mixture to a greased 9×13-inch baking dish.
Step 3: Add the Cheese
Sprinkle the top evenly with mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
Step 4: Bake
Cover the dish with foil and bake for 20 minutes.
Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown on top.
Step 5: Serve
Let the casserole cool for 5 minutes.
Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
