These cheesy broccoli bites are the ultimate snack or appetizer—crispy on the outside and packed with gooey cheese and tender broccoli inside. You won’t be able to stop at just one!

Ingredients:

2 cups steamed broccoli florets

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese

1/2 cup breadcrumbs

1 egg

1/4 cup all-purpose flour

1 tsp garlic powder

1/2 tsp onion powder

1/2 tsp dried oregano

Salt and pepper to taste

Olive oil for frying

Instructions:

Prepare the Broccoli: Steam the broccoli until tender, then chop it finely.

Make the Mixture: In a bowl, combine the steamed broccoli, mozzarella, parmesan, breadcrumbs, egg, flour, garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.

Form the Bites: Take spoonfuls of the mixture and shape them into small balls or bites.
