Cheesy Beef Wraps

These cheesy beef wraps are packed with juicy ground beef, melty cheese, and creamy sauce, all wrapped up in a soft tortilla. They’re a perfect meal for a quick lunch or dinner that satisfies any craving!

Ingredients:

1 lb ground beef

1 tbsp olive oil

1 packet taco seasoning

1/2 cup sour cream

1/2 cup salsa

1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

4 large flour tortillas

Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

Cook the Beef: Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it up into small pieces with a spoon. Season with taco seasoning, salt, and pepper. Stir in the salsa and let it simmer for a few minutes until fully combined.

Prepare the Sauce: In a small bowl, mix together the sour cream and a bit of salsa to create a creamy sauce.

Assemble the Wraps: Lay the tortillas flat and add a layer of the beef mixture down the center. Drizzle with the sour cream and salsa sauce, then sprinkle both cheddar and mozzarella cheese on top.
