Cheesy Beef Wraps
Ingredients:
For the Beef Filling:
500g (1 lb) ground beef
1 small onion, finely chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp ground cumin
Salt and pepper to taste
1 tbsp tomato paste
2 tbsp olive oil
For the Wraps:
4 large tortillas
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup shredded lettuce
1/2 cup diced tomatoes
1/4 cup diced red onion

Instructions:
1. Prepare the Beef Filling: Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add chopped onion and garlic, cooking until fragrant. Stir in the ground beef, paprika, cumin, salt, and pepper. Cook until the beef is browned. Add tomato paste and cook for 2 more minutes. Set aside.
2. Assemble the Wraps: Lay each tortilla flat. Add a layer of shredded cheddar cheese, followed by a generous portion of the beef mixture. Top with lettuce, diced tomatoes, and red onion.
3. Fold and Grill: Fold the sides of the tortilla over the filling, then roll it tightly. Heat a grill pan or skillet over medium heat and toast the wraps for 2-3 minutes on each side until crispy and golden.
4. Serve: Slice in half and serve warm. Enjoy your cheesy beef wraps!
