Cheesy Beef Rotel Dip
Ingredients
1 lb ground beef
1 (10 oz) can Rotel diced tomatoes and green chilies (undrained)
1 (16 oz) block Velveeta cheese, cubed
1/2 tsp garlic powder
Tortilla chips (for serving)
Directions
Cook the Beef:
In a skillet, cook ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain any excess grease.
Combine Ingredients:
Add the cubed Velveeta cheese and Rotel tomatoes to the skillet with the beef. Stir well.
Melt It Together:
Cook over low heat, stirring frequently, until the cheese is fully melted and the mixture is creamy. Add garlic powder and mix well.
Serve:
Transfer the dip to a serving bowl or keep warm in a slow cooker. Serve hot with tortilla chips.
