Cheesy Beef Pasta Bake
Ingredients:
2 cups penne pasta
1 lb ground beef
1 tbsp olive oil
1 onion, diced
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 cup marinara sauce
1/2 tsp dried oregano
1/2 tsp paprika
Salt and pepper to taste
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions:
Cook the Pasta
:
Bring a pot of salted water to a boil. Cook the penne pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
Prepare the Beef Mixture
:
In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Sauté onion and garlic until softened.
Add ground beef and cook until browned. Season with oregano, paprika, salt, and pepper. Stir in the marinara sauce and simmer for 5 minutes.
Combine Pasta and Sauce
:
Add the cooked pasta to the skillet with the beef mixture. Stir until well combined.
Assemble the Bake
:
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Transfer the pasta and beef mixture to a baking dish. Top with mozzarella and cheddar cheese.
Bake
:
Bake for 15–20 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Garnish and Serve
:
Sprinkle fresh parsley on top and serve hot. Enjoy this hearty, cheesy delight!
