1 lb (450 g) ground beef

1 tbsp olive oil

1 packet taco seasoning

1/4 cup water

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1/2 cup sour cream

4 large flour tortillas

Optional toppings: diced tomatoes, lettuce, jalapeños

Instructions:
Prepare the Beef
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it up with a spoon as it cooks. Drain excess fat if needed.

Season It Up
Stir in the taco seasoning and 1/4 cup of water. Let it simmer for 5 minutes until the beef absorbs the flavors.

Warm the Tortillas
Heat the tortillas on a dry skillet for about 10-15 seconds per side or microwave them for 20 seconds to make them pliable.
