Cheesy Beef and Bacon Burritos

Ingredients:

4 large flour tortillas

500g ground beef

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1/2 cup cooked bacon, crumbled

1 small onion, diced

2 garlic cloves, minced

1 tbsp olive oil

1/2 tsp chili powder

1/2 tsp smoked paprika

Salt & pepper to taste

Instructions:

Cook the Filling

Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.

Add the diced onion and minced garlic; sauté until fragrant.

Add the ground beef, chili powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Cook until browned.

Stir in crumbled bacon and remove from heat.

Assemble the Burritos

Lay out the tortillas.

Spoon the beef and bacon mixture onto the center of each tortilla.

Top with shredded cheddar cheese.

Roll the Burritos

Fold in the sides of the tortilla and roll tightly.

Grill the Burritos

Heat a skillet or grill pan over medium heat.

Place the burritos seam-side down and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side, until golden and crispy.

Serve

Serve hot with salsa, sour cream, or guacamole on the side.
