Cheesy Baked Meatballs

Ingredients

1 lb ground beef
½ lb ground pork
1 cup breadcrumbs
1 egg
½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp Italian seasoning
1 tsp salt
½ tsp black pepper
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
1 cup heavy cream
1 cup chicken broth
1 tbsp olive oil (for greasing)
Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Directions

Preheat Oven:

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a baking dish with olive oil.
Mix the Meatball Ingredients:

In a large bowl, combine ground beef, ground pork, breadcrumbs, egg, Parmesan, garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
Form the Meatballs:

Roll the mixture into golf ball-sized meatballs and place them in the prepared baking dish.
Prepare the Sauce:

In a small bowl, mix heavy cream and chicken broth. Pour the mixture over the meatballs.
Add Cheese:

Sprinkle shredded mozzarella over the top of the meatballs.
Bake:

Bake uncovered for 25-30 minutes, until the meatballs are cooked through and the cheese is bubbly and golden.
Garnish and Serve:

Remove from the oven, garnish with fresh parsley, and serve warm.
