Perfect for lean bulking, post-workout recovery, or anyone needing more fuel in their day. These easy, balanced recipes are great for breakfast, lunch, and dinner—no complicated ingredients, just real food that gets results
Recipes:

Cheesy Baked Meatballs

Ingredients:
1 lb ground beef (or half ground beef, half ground pork for extra flavor)

1/2 cup breadcrumbs

1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

1/2 teaspoon onion powder

1/2 teaspoon dried oregano

1 egg

Salt and pepper to taste

1 cup marinara sauce

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions:
Preheat the Oven:

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

Prepare the Meatball Mixture:

In a large mixing bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, egg, salt, and pepper. Mix everything well until evenly combined.

Form the Meatballs:

Scoop about 1 1/2 tablespoons of the meat mixture and roll into a ball. Place each meatball on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or lightly greased. Repeat until all the meat mixture is used up.

Bake the Meatballs:

Place the meatballs in the preheated oven and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until they’re fully cooked and slightly browned on the outside.
Add Sauce and Cheese:

Once the meatballs are done, remove them from the oven and pour marinara sauce over each meatball. Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese generously on top.

Melt the Cheese:

Return the meatballs to the oven for another 5 minutes, or until the cheese has melted and become bubbly.

Garnish & Serve:

Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot!

Enjoy your cheesy, savory meatballs with pasta, as an appetizer, or on a sub roll!
