Cheesy Bacon Beef Pasta
Ingredients:
250g rotini pasta
200g ground beef
4 strips of bacon (cooked and crumbled)
1 small onion (chopped)
2 cloves garlic (minced)
1 cup cheddar cheese (shredded)
1/2 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup beef broth
1 tbsp olive oil
Salt and black pepper to taste
Fresh parsley (chopped, for garnish)
Instructions:
1. Cook the Pasta: Boil the pasta in salted water according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
2. Prepare the Bacon: In a skillet, cook the bacon until crispy. Remove, crumble, and set aside.
3. Cook the Beef: In the same skillet, heat olive oil. Add ground beef, onion, and garlic. Cook until the beef is browned and the onions are soft. Season with salt and pepper.
4. Make the Sauce: Reduce heat to low, then add heavy cream and beef broth to the skillet. Stir well and let it simmer for 5 minutes.
5. Add Cheese: Stir in the shredded cheddar cheese until melted and creamy.
6. Combine Everything: Add the cooked pasta to the skillet, mix well to coat with the sauce. Toss in the crumbled bacon.
7. Garnish and Serve: Serve warm, garnished with fresh parsley.
