Cheesy Bacon Beef Pasta

Cheesy Bacon Beef Pasta
Ingredients:

300g rotini or fusilli pasta (cooked)

1 lb ground beef

4 slices bacon (cooked and crumbled)

1 small onion (diced)

2 garlic cloves (minced)

1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

1 cup heavy cream

1/2 cup milk

1 tbsp olive oil

Salt and pepper to taste

Fresh parsley (chopped, for garnish)

Instructions:

1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add ground beef, onion, and garlic. Cook until the beef is browned and the onion is soft. Season with salt and pepper.

2. Reduce heat to low. Add heavy cream and milk to the skillet, stirring well. Gradually add cheddar cheese, stirring until the sauce is smooth and creamy.

3. Mix in the cooked pasta and toss until well coated with the sauce.

4. Sprinkle crumbled bacon over the pasta and garnish with fresh parsley. Serve immediately.
