Caramel Baked Apples
Ingredients:

4 medium apples

1/4 cup brown sugar

1/4 cup rolled oats

1/2 tsp ground cinnamon

1/4 tsp nutmeg

2 tbsp butter, softened

1/4 cup caramel sauce

Instructions:

1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Core the apples, leaving the bottoms intact to create a hollow.

2. In a bowl, mix brown sugar, oats, cinnamon, nutmeg, and butter until crumbly. Fill each apple with the mixture.

3. Place apples in a baking dish and add a little water to the bottom to prevent sticking.

4. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until apples are tender.

5. Drizzle caramel sauce over the baked apples before serving. Serve warm.
