Cajun Shrimp Cheeseburger with Loaded Spicy Fries
This bold and flavorful Cajun shrimp cheeseburger is stacked with juicy beef, melty cheddar, and seasoned shrimp, served with loaded spicy fries drizzled in a creamy Cajun sauce. A next-level burger experience!
Ingredients:
For the Burger Patties:
1 lb ground beef
1 tsp salt
½ tsp black pepper
1 tsp garlic powder
½ tsp smoked paprika
½ tsp onion powder
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
4 slices cheddar cheese
4 burger buns
For the Cajun Shrimp:
½ lb shrimp, peeled & deveined
1 tbsp butter
½ tsp salt
½ tsp black pepper
1 tsp Cajun seasoning
½ tsp garlic powder
½ tsp smoked paprika
1 tbsp lemon juice
For the Spicy Loaded Fries:
2 cups French fries
½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
For the Cajun Sauce:
½ cup mayo
1 tbsp hot sauce
1 tsp Cajun seasoning
½ tsp garlic powder
½ tsp smoked paprika
½ tsp lemon juice
Instructions:
Prepare the Cajun Shrimp:
Toss shrimp with butter, salt, black pepper, Cajun seasoning, garlic powder, and paprika.
Heat a skillet over medium heat and cook shrimp for 2-3 minutes per side.
Squeeze fresh lemon juice over shrimp and set aside.
Make the Burger Patties:
In a bowl, mix ground beef, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, smoked paprika, onion powder, and Worcestershire sauce.
Shape into 4 patties.
Cook on a grill or skillet for 4-5 minutes per side until done.
Top with cheddar cheese and let melt.
Cook the Fries & Make the Cajun Sauce:
Cook French fries according to package instructions.
In a bowl, mix mayo, hot sauce, Cajun seasoning, garlic powder, paprika, and lemon juice.
Drizzle over fries and sprinkle with cheddar cheese & parsley.
Assemble the Burgers:
Toast burger buns and layer with lettuce, beef patty, Cajun shrimp, and extra sauce.
