1 tbsp vegetable oil
1 medium onion, chopped
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 bell pepper, chopped
1 ½ cups cooked chickpeas
½ cup tomato sauce
3 tbsp hot sauce
2 tbsp plant-based milk
1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
1 tsp onion powder
¾ tsp coconut sugar
½ tsp garlic powder
½ tsp smoked paprika
½ tsp cumin
Salt & pepper to taste
10 tortillas (gluten-free if needed)

Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 410°F (210°C).
2. Sauté onion, garlic, and bell pepper in oil.
3. Add chickpeas, sauce ingredients, and spices; simmer for 2-4 mins.
4. Fill tortillas, roll, brush with oil, and bake for 15-20 mins.
