Broccoli Cheddar Chicken Lasagna
Ingredients
9 lasagna noodles (cooked and drained)
2 cups shredded chicken (cooked)
2 cups fresh broccoli florets (chopped)
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup mozzarella cheese
3 cups Alfredo sauce
1 cup ricotta cheese
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp onion powder
Salt and pepper to taste
Fresh parsley (for garnish)
Directions
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a bowl, mix shredded chicken, chopped broccoli, garlic powder, onion powder, ricotta cheese, and 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese. Season with salt and pepper.
Spread 1/2 cup of Alfredo sauce on the bottom of a 9×13-inch baking dish.
Layer 3 lasagna noodles, then add 1/3 of the chicken mixture. Top with 1/2 cup Alfredo sauce and sprinkle with shredded cheddar and mozzarella cheese.
Repeat layers until all ingredients are used, finishing with a layer of cheese on top.
Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes. Remove foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes, or until cheese is bubbly and golden.
Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
