1/4 cup crumbled goat cheese
1/4 cup shelled pistachios, chopped
1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped

1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon honey
1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Directions
In a mixing bowl, combine chickpeas, dried cranberries, crumbled goat cheese, and chopped pistachios.
In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, honey, cumin, salt, and black pepper.
