4 corn or flour tortillas, warmed or charred
4 large eggs
Pinch of sea salt
½ tsp avocado oil
1 cup Pico de Gallo
¼ cup grated cheddar cheese
½ avocado, sliced
Fresh cilantro leaves
Hot sauce (optional)
Directions:
