Breakfast Sausage and Egg Sliders

Breakfast Sausage and Egg Sliders
Ingredients:

4 soft slider buns

4 breakfast sausage patties

4 slices cheddar cheese

4 large eggs

1 tbsp butter

Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

1. Cook Sausage Patties: In a skillet over medium heat, cook the sausage patties until fully browned and cooked through. Remove and set aside.

2. Scramble Eggs: In the same skillet, melt butter and scramble the eggs. Add salt and pepper to taste. Cook until fluffy and just set.

3. Assemble Sliders: Place a sausage patty on the bottom half of each slider bun. Add scrambled eggs on top of the sausage. Place a slice of cheddar cheese over the eggs.

4. Melt Cheese: If desired, place the assembled sliders under a broiler for 1-2 minutes until the cheese melts.

5. Serve: Top with the other half of the bun and serve warm. Perfect for a hearty breakfast!
