1 1/4 cups dried chickpeas
1 tsp baking soda
6 1/2 cups water
1 cup tahini
4 tbsp lemon juice
4 garlic cloves
1 1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp ground cumin
3-4 ice cubes

Directions:
1. Soak chickpeas overnight, then drain.
2. Cook with baking soda, add water, boil 30 mins.
3. Process with tahini, lemon, garlic, cumin, and ice.
