1 1/3 cups (170g) all-purpose flour
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp baking powder
3/4 tsp kosher salt
1/2 cup (112g) unsalted butter, melted and cooled
1/2 cup (100g) light brown sugar, packed
1/3 cup (70g) granulated sugar
2 tsp vanilla extract
1 large egg
1 1/2 cups (250g) semisweet chocolate chips
Flaky sea salt for topping
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. Whisk together flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt in a bowl.
3. In another bowl, mix melted butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until paste-like.
4. Whisk in egg and vanilla until smooth.
5. Fold in dry ingredients and chocolate chips until combined.
