Beef Tenderloin Crostini with Hollandaise Sauce

Ingredients:

1 lb beef tenderloin, cut into bite-sized pieces

12 slices of baguette, toasted

1/2 cup prepared Hollandaise sauce

2 tbsp olive oil

2 tbsp fresh chives, finely chopped

Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

1. Prepare the beef tenderloin:

Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.

Season the beef pieces with salt and pepper.

Sear each piece for about 2-3 minutes per side or until cooked to your desired doneness. Set aside to rest.

2. Toast the baguette slices:

Arrange the toasted baguette slices on a serving platter.

3. Assemble the crostini:

Place a piece of beef tenderloin on each baguette slice.

Drizzle each piece with a spoonful of Hollandaise sauce.

4. Garnish and serve:

Sprinkle chopped chives over the crostini for a fresh touch.
