Beef Fried Rice
Ingredients:

2 cups cooked rice (preferably day-old)

300g beef, diced

2 tablespoons soy sauce

1 tablespoon oyster sauce

1 tablespoon sesame oil

1 medium onion, diced

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 teaspoon ginger, minced

2 tablespoons vegetable oil

2 eggs, beaten

2 green onions, chopped

Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

1. Prepare the Beef:

Heat a skillet or wok over medium-high heat.

Add 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil, then sauté the diced beef until browned and cooked through. Set aside.

2. Scramble the Eggs:

In the same skillet, add a bit more oil if needed. Pour in the beaten eggs and scramble. Remove and set aside with the beef.

3. Sauté Aromatics:

Add another tablespoon of oil to the skillet. Sauté the diced onion, garlic, and ginger until fragrant.

4. Cook the Rice:

Add the cooked rice to the skillet and stir to combine with the aromatics.

Pour in the soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sesame oil. Stir well to coat the rice evenly.

5. Combine Ingredients:

Return the cooked beef and scrambled eggs to the skillet. Mix thoroughly and let cook for a few minutes.

6. Season and Garnish:

Add salt and pepper to taste. Sprinkle with chopped green onions.
