Beef and Tomato Pizza
Ingredients:
1 pre-made pizza dough
1/2 cup pizza sauce
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
200g ground beef (cooked and seasoned with salt and pepper)
1 medium tomato (sliced)
1/4 cup fresh basil leaves (for garnish)
1 tsp olive oil
Instructions:
1. Prepare the dough:
Preheat the oven to 220°C (425°F).
Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness and transfer to a pizza tray or baking sheet.
2. Add the toppings:
Spread the pizza sauce evenly over the dough.
Sprinkle half of the shredded mozzarella cheese on top.
Add the cooked ground beef and sliced tomatoes.
Top with the remaining mozzarella cheese.
3. Bake the pizza:
Drizzle olive oil over the pizza.
Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes or until the crust is golden and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
4. Garnish and serve:
Remove from the oven and garnish with fresh basil leaves.
Slice and serve warm.
