Beef and Cheese Wraps

These hearty beef and cheese wraps are loaded with flavorful seasoned beef, melted cheese, and fresh veggies all wrapped up in a soft tortilla. Perfect for a quick meal that’s both filling and delicious!

Ingredients:

1 lb ground beef

1 tbsp olive oil

1 packet taco seasoning

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1 tomato, diced

1/2 cup fresh spinach or lettuce

4 large flour tortillas

Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

Cook the Beef: Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it up with a spoon. Season with taco seasoning, salt, and pepper. Stir until the beef is fully coated with seasoning.

Prepare the Filling: Once the beef is cooked, remove it from heat and set aside. Dice the tomato and prepare the spinach or lettuce.

Assemble the Wraps: Lay out the tortillas and add a generous amount of the cooked beef to the center. Top with shredded cheddar cheese, diced tomatoes, and spinach or lettuce.

Wrap and Heat: Fold the sides of the tortilla inward, then roll it up tightly. Heat a skillet over medium heat and cook the wraps for 2-3 minutes on each side until the tortilla is crispy and the cheese is melted.
