1 lb flank steak
2 tbsp olive oil (divided)
3-4 cups broccoli florets
1/2 cup low-sodium soy sauce
1/2 cup water
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/2 tsp apple cider vinegar
1/2 tsp toasted sesame oil
3 tbsp cornstarch
1 tsp fresh ginger (grated)
4 cloves garlic (minced)
1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
Directions:
1. Prep all ingredients. Whisk together sauce ingredients.
2. Heat 1 tbsp olive oil in skillet over high heat. Cook broccoli until tender-crisp. Remove.
3. Heat remaining oil, cook steak strips briefly, add back broccoli and sauce until thickened.
