Banoffee Cheesecake

Ingredients:

1 cup crushed oat biscuits
5 tbsp melted butter
2 bananas, sliced
3/4 cup caramel spread
1 1/2 cups cream cheese, softened
3/4 cup whipped heavy cream
Oat biscuit crumbs for topping

Instructions:

Mix oat biscuits with melted butter; press into a springform pan and refrigerate.
Beat cream cheese until fluffy, fold in whipped cream.
Spread cream mixture, layer bananas, and drizzle caramel.
Sprinkle with oat biscuit crumbs.
Refrigerate for 3-4 hours before serving.
