Banana Cream Pie Bars
Ingredients:
Crust:
2 cups graham cracker crumbs
1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
Filling:
2 ripe bananas, sliced
1 package (200g) cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 cups whipped cream or whipped topping
Topping:
Additional banana slices
1/4 cup graham cracker crumbs for garnish

Instructions:
1. Prepare the Crust:
In a mixing bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter.
Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a 9×9-inch baking dish.
Refrigerate for 15 minutes to set.
2. Make the Filling:
In a bowl, beat the cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
Fold in the whipped cream gently to maintain its fluffiness.
3. Assemble the Layers:
Spread a thin layer of the filling over the crust.
Arrange the banana slices evenly over the filling.
Spread the remaining filling on top of the bananas.
4. Add the Topping:
Garnish with additional banana slices and sprinkle with graham cracker crumbs.
5. Chill and Serve:
Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until fully set.
Slice into bars and serve chilled.
