Baked Spaghetti Casserole
Ingredients:
12 oz (340g) spaghetti, cooked
1 lb (450g) ground beef
1 small onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
½ teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon black pepper
1 can (15 oz) tomato sauce
1 can (14 oz) diced tomatoes
½ cup (120ml) beef broth
1 cup (120g) shredded mozzarella cheese
½ cup (50g) grated Parmesan cheese
½ teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
2 tablespoons chopped parsley
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a baking dish. In a skillet, cook ground beef over medium heat until browned. Add chopped onion and garlic, cooking until soft. Stir in Italian seasoning, salt, pepper, tomato sauce, diced tomatoes, and beef broth. Simmer for 10 minutes. Mix the cooked spaghetti with the sauce and transfer to the baking dish. Sprinkle mozzarella and Parmesan cheese on top. Bake for 20 minutes until bubbly and golden. Garnish with parsley before serving. Enjoy!
