8 oz block feta cheese
1 cup pitted olives, drained
½ cup sun-dried tomatoes
⅓ cup olive oil
3 cloves garlic, thinly sliced
½ tsp dried oregano, thyme, rosemary
Kosher salt & cracked pepper
Fresh chopped parsley, for garnish
French bread/crostini, for serving

Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
2. Place feta in a baking dish, add olives & tomatoes.
3. Mix olive oil, garlic, herbs, salt, pepper. Drizzle over feta.
4. Bake for 20 mins, broil 1-2 mins.
5. Garnish & serve with bread.
