Bacon-Wrapped Sausage Skewers
Ingredients:
10 small sausages
10 strips of bacon
1/4 cup barbecue sauce
2 tbsp honey
1 tbsp chopped parsley
Instructions:
1. Preheat your grill or oven to 200°C (400°F)
.
2. Wrap each sausage with a strip of bacon and secure with a skewer or toothpick
.
3. In a small bowl, mix barbecue sauce and honey to create a glaze
.
4. Brush the glaze generously over the bacon-wrapped sausages
.
5. Grill or bake for 15-20 minutes, turning occasionally, until bacon is crispy and sausages are cooked
.
6. Sprinkle with chopped parsley and serve hot!
