Bacon Pecan Brittle
Ingredients:
1 cup Sugar
½ cup Corn Syrup
1 tbsp Butter
1 cup Pecans (chopped)
1 cup Bacon Bits
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
1 tsp Baking Soda
Preparation Steps:
Cook sugar and corn syrup over medium heat until caramelized.
Stir in butter, pecans, and bacon; cook for 1 minute.
Mix in vanilla and baking soda, then spread onto a tray.
Allow to set, then break into shards.
