Bacon Egg Croissant
Ingredients:
2 croissants
4 slices bacon
2 large eggs
2 slices cheddar cheese
1 tablespoon butter
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
1. Cook bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crispy. Remove and set aside.
2. In the same skillet, melt butter and scramble the eggs. Season with salt and pepper.
3. Slice the croissants in half and layer with scrambled eggs, cheddar cheese, and bacon.
4. Serve warm and enjoy!
