Bacon and Egg Croissant Sandwich
Ingredients:

2 fresh croissants

4 slices of crispy bacon

2 large eggs

1 tbsp butter

Salt and black pepper to taste

Fresh parsley (chopped, for garnish)
Instructions:

1. Heat a skillet over medium heat and cook bacon slices until crispy. Remove and set aside. 2. In the same skillet, melt butter and scramble the eggs. Season with salt and pepper. 3. Slice the croissants in half and lightly toast them if desired. 4. Layer scrambled eggs and crispy bacon onto the bottom half of each croissant. 5. Garnish with fresh parsley, close the sandwich, and serve warm. Perfect for breakfast or brunch!
