Bacon and Egg Croissant
Ingredients:

4 croissants

4 eggs

1/4 cup milk

1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese

6 slices cooked bacon, chopped

1 tablespoon butter

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon black pepper

1 tablespoon chopped parsley (for garnish)

Instructions:

1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).2. In a bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, and black pepper.3. Heat butter in a skillet over medium heat, then scramble the eggs until soft and slightly creamy.4. Slice croissants in half and place scrambled eggs inside each.5. Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese over the eggs, then add chopped bacon.6. Close the croissants and place them on a baking sheet.7. Bake for 5 minutes until the cheese melts and croissants are slightly crispy.8. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve warm.
