Almond Ricotta Cookies with Honey & Pistachios

Description

4 cups mixed greens (spinach, arugula, or romaine)
1 cup fresh strawberries, sliced
½ cup crumbled feta cheese
¼ cup candied pecans or walnuts
¼ cup red onion, thinly sliced
2 tbsp balsamic glaze (or balsamic vinaigrette)
1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
Prepare the
Wash and dry the greens. Slice the strawberries and red onion.
Assemble the Salad:
In a large bowl, combine the mixed greens, sliced strawberries, feta cheese, red onion, and candied pecans.
Dress the Salad:
Drizzle with olive oil and balsamic glaze. Toss gently to combine.
Season and Serve:
Sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste. Serve immediately and enjoy!
