1/2 cup all-purpose flour
2 large eggs (beaten)
1 cup panko breadcrumbs
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp paprika
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
Cooking spray (olive oil or nonstick)
Directions

Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 3-5 minutes.

Set up a breading station with three bowls:

Bowl 1: Flour
Bowl 2: Beaten eggs
Bowl 3: Panko breadcrumbs mixed with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper
Coat each pickle chip in flour, dip in the egg wash, and coat with the seasoned breadcrumbs.

Arrange the coated pickles in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Lightly spray with cooking spray for extra crispiness.

Air fry for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and crispy.

Serve hot with ranch or your favorite dipping sauce!
